Larger outdoor events in the South Sound usually call for the 4.9mm panels, sized so the image reads from the back of the crowd. Indoor conventions and receptions usually call for the 2.9mm panels, which keep slides and small text sharp up close.
Because Tacoma is a longer drive, we lock in load-in windows with the venue early and build travel into the plan, so there are no surprises on the day.

Do you travel to Tacoma from Seattle?
Yes. Tacoma is about 35 miles south of our Seattle base, and we plan load-in times around I-5 traffic so the wall is built and tested before doors. Travel is one of the factors in your quote.

Which panels should I choose, 2.9mm or 4.9mm?
We own 110 panels of each. The 2.9mm panels are sharper up close, so they suit slides, small text, and wedding backdrops where guests sit near the wall. The 4.9mm panels suit larger stages where the audience is farther back. A common rule of thumb: the closest viewer should be about 3.3 feet away for every millimeter of pixel pitch, roughly 10 ft for 2.9mm and 16 ft for 4.9mm.

Yes. Our crew handles load-in, the build, operation during the event, and strike, and a video engineer can run content and live camera feeds for the whole show.
