LED Video Wall Rental.

LED wall and LED screen rental for Seattle and the Puget Sound: indoor and weatherproof outdoor LED walls for concerts, weddings, and corporate events, delivered, built, and run by our own crew.

We own our LED inventory, so there's no waiting on a rental house to confirm availability. Walls are built flat, curved, or split into columns, in whatever size and aspect ratio the room calls for, and our video team handles content playback and live camera feeds on site.

Content playback, live camera switching and IMAG, and on-site video engineers running the wall for the whole show.

Our inventory

Our LED Panels.

2.9mm panels · 110 in stock

Sharper up close. Best for keynote slides, small text, and wedding backdrops where guests sit near the wall.

4.9mm panels · 110 in stock

For bigger stages where the audience is farther back, like concerts, festivals, and outdoor events.

Common wall sizes

From a 10 × 6 ft backdrop to a 20 × 10 ft outdoor stage wall. See typical prices in our LED wall pricing guide.

How We Size an LED Wall.

The right wall depends on the room, not a price sheet. We start with how far the closest and farthest guests will sit, because that decides how fine the panels need to be and how big the image should be. A keynote with slides and small text needs a sharper indoor wall than a festival stage seen from fifty feet back.

Next is light. Outdoor walls in daylight need weatherproof, high-brightness panels, while a wedding reception after dark needs a wall that can run soft enough not to wash out the room. Then we plan how the wall stands up (flown from truss or ground-supported), where power comes from, and how load-in fits the venue's schedule.

Finally, content. Names and monograms for a wedding, sponsor loops and keynote slides for a conference, artist visuals for a show. Send us what you want on screen and we'll format it to the wall and run it live.

Common questions

Questions We Get Asked.

How much does it cost to rent an LED wall in Seattle?

Most rentals fall between $1,000 and $4,000: about $1,000–$1,500 for a 10 × 6 ft wall, $2,000–$2,500 for a 14 × 8 ft wall, and $3,000–$4,000 for a 20 × 10 ft outdoor wall. The final price depends on an operator, live cameras, the number of days, and travel. See our LED wall pricing guide or fill out the quote form for an estimate.

Do you deliver, set up, and run the wall?

Yes. Our crew handles load-in, the build, operation during the event, and strike. A video engineer runs content and camera feeds for the whole show, so nobody on your team has to touch it.

Can an LED wall be used outdoors?

Yes. We use weatherproof outdoor LED panels and plan power, rigging, and weather contingencies as part of the production plan. Outdoor summer series are a core part of what we do.

What's the difference between an LED wall and an LED screen?

Nothing, in practice. LED wall, LED screen, LED video wall, and jumbotron all describe the same thing: modular LED panels joined into one large display. We build them to whatever size the stage and audience need.

Do you rent LED screens outside Seattle?

Yes. We bring LED walls and LED screens to Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Bothell, Woodinville, Everett, Snohomish, Tacoma, and the rest of the Puget Sound. Our inventory travels, so tell us the venue and we'll plan the load-in.

What can we show on the wall?

Logos, slides, sponsor loops, names or a monogram, video content, and live camera feeds. Send your assets and run of show and we'll build the content plan around them.
