Camera feeds on the wall (IMAG) so guests at the back can see speakers and performers up close.

Number of days

Multi-day conferences, festivals, and weekend events cost more than a single-day event.

Travel & location

Events farther from Seattle, and outdoor sites that need extra planning, are priced by location.

4.9mm panels · 110 in stock

Built for bigger stages where the audience is farther back, like concerts, festivals, and outdoor events. Rule of thumb: closest viewer about 16 ft away.

Common questions

Questions We Get Asked.

How much does an LED wall rental cost in Seattle?

Most rentals fall between $1,000 and $4,000: about $1,000–$1,500 for a 10 × 6 ft wall, $2,000–$2,500 for a 14 × 8 ft wall, and $3,000–$4,000 for a 20 × 10 ft outdoor wall. The final price depends on an operator, live cameras, the number of days, and travel. See our LED wall pricing guide or fill out the quote form for an estimate.

What size LED wall do I need?

Most wedding backdrops and small keynote stages work well with a 10 × 6 ft wall. Ballrooms, galas, and conferences usually need around 14 × 8 ft. Concerts, festivals, and outdoor stages usually need 20 × 10 ft. Tell us the room and the guest count and we'll recommend a size.

Which panels should I choose, 2.9mm or 4.9mm?

We own 110 panels of each. The 2.9mm panels are sharper up close, so they suit slides, small text, and wedding backdrops where guests sit near the wall. The 4.9mm panels suit larger stages where the audience is farther back. A common rule of thumb: the closest viewer should be about 3.3 feet away for every millimeter of pixel pitch, roughly 10 ft for 2.9mm and 16 ft for 4.9mm.

Can I rent an LED wall for more than one day?

Yes. Multi-day conferences, festivals, and weekend events are common. The number of days is one of the factors in your quote.

Do I need an operator?

If you're showing more than a single looping image, we recommend one. A video engineer handles content changes, live camera feeds, and anything that comes up during the show. An operator is one of the factors in your quote.
